The Twinstar was a radical new design in 1980 that answered the call for a very safe and reliable helicopter. Century has recreated this scale helicopter with a fantastic high gloss paint scheme modeled after the NBC Channel 4 News helicopter. As with all Century's scale helicopters, the Twinstar is available in kit version with mechanics and in 90% ARF version that is completely pre-painted with pre-built mechanics. The Twinstar is equipped for installing a .30 size engine and upgrading to the .50 engine is very simple. Century has perfected their manufacturing of their scale helicopters, and the Twinstar is an excellant example of how simple their mechanics mount inside without any modifications.
